Ask Who Named the Score Before You Book

Adults book IELTS because a friend did. The useful question is who named the score on the form in your hand.

Open the email or form that asked for English

Ask who named the score before you book. If a university, board or employer named IELTS, book the test. If a manager sent back an email or slide, open Business English.

iWorld Learning has no course named IELTS. Do not treat a workplace class as a band.

A work pass is not an IELTS score

MOM Employment Pass eligibility is built on salary and COMPASS. It does not list IELTS as a pass condition. An employer may still ask for a score. Read that letter, not a blog.

Confirm on the MOM Employment Pass eligibility page. A career-site band chart is not MOM.

Business English fits a returned workplace text

iWorld Business English is for professionals who already speak English and need clearer emails, meetings or presentations. Confirm live terms. It does not issue an IELTS band.

Open the Business English page only after you can name the returned text. Omit fees until you confirm live terms.

If the letter names IELTS and a band, book the official test. A workplace class can still help the email you send this week, but it will not print a Test Report Form. Keep the two objects on two tabs: the letter, then the course or test page.

This is not the professional-English page

No. That page says work talk is not IELTS. Tonight chooses between a named IELTS ask and a Business English hour.

Keep professional English classes, work talk not IELTS for the label fight. Keep Daily versus Business writing on another page.

FAQ

A job ad that says fluent is not an IELTS booking.

The job ad says fluent English. Is that IELTS?

No. Fluent is a comment unless the ad names IELTS and a band. Ask HR for the exact test.

Can I use Business English as IELTS preparation?

No. The class can mark a work text. It does not replace official IELTS tasks.
