Use a word from an email, a slide, or a meeting you already heard. Do not open a list. If you cannot name one, take the verb from the last email you sent.

Do not pick a rare exam word. If you will not meet the word tomorrow, it is the wrong word.

Write tomorrow's sentence before you sleep

Write one sentence you can actually say or send tomorrow. Keep the same meaning as a simpler sentence you already use. Circle the new word once.

1. Write the simpler sentence you already use.
2. Swap in the new word once.
3. Read it aloud. If you cannot say it, shorten it.
4. Put it at the top of tomorrow's task list.

Do not write five example sentences.

Pass if you said or sent that sentence at work. Fail if you only read it on the phone. A second word is not allowed until this one is spent.

Weak: highlight the word in a note and close the phone.
