What Changes Between a P5 School Oral and PSLE Oral

A Primary 5 school oral is not automatically the PSLE oral. The school sets the P5 task, timing, and stimulus. PSLE English Paper 4 is a national oral with published assessment objectives. 2. If it was only fluent reading, add a one-minute talk from a photo or object after the reading.
3. If it was only chat, add a short read-aloud with a named listener.
4. Change that one habit for the next two school orals. Do not rebuild the whole week.
5. A P5 child is not in the PSLE year yet. Do not run a full PSLE oral every Sunday.

Only if the school says so. Ask the teacher which tasks were used. Do not assume a school letter that says "oral" means the national paper.

Can I quote the oral mark split to my child?

Quote only what the current SEAB document shows. Tuition-centre splits are not official. A number you cannot find on the live PDF should stay out of the kitchen conversation.
